I went to my first Krump event as a rookie krumper and this guy came up to me at the workshop, he was following me around whispering in my ear and hitting on me. I remember looking around and thinking “bro, I’m at a workshop, I’m here to learn, I’m only just starting to learn Krump but I’ve been in the dance game for a long time so I know what you’re doing and this isn’t appropriate”. I remember moving away from him and going up to one of my bros that was there and being like “this guy’s creeping me out” and explaining to him what was happening and he straight said “don’t worry sis, we got you”. He made sure the rest of our mates were around me for the rest of the weekend and that made me feel one hundred times better.
