“It’s definitely an outlet for me with my depression and anxiety, it’s a huge outlet. But I’ve also noticed it helps me confront my anxiety and depression in a way. So, most of the times when I’m going really really hard, I’ll have a panic attack or an anxiety attack, but I feel in those moments, those are necessary for me so then I’m confronting those battles or confronting what I’m feeling in the moment or what I’ve been worrying about for weeks or months.”
